    Pros +

    • She took a picture of my id which is illegal
    • The cleaning lady was so sweet and attentive. Every morning she checked if we needed anything and even left small essentials outside our door. She made sure we never forgot our key inside and always showed kindness despite the language barrier.
    • I liked the price, and there was parking available for guests. For food, there was many conbini nearby and a McDonald's. All the places near Huis Ten Bosch were pricey, so we were looking for somewhere nearby to stay for one night as we traveled from Nagasaki to Fukuoka.

    Cons -

    • It’s looks small and I had no privacy because the walls were thin I can here talking from other rooms
    • There wasn’t much privacy. We could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms, which made it feel like a dorm.
    • My other friends were okay with their rooms, but for my friend and I (in our twin room), we were traumatized by the experience. There was mold in the bathroom and the tap water was thick, not clear. And there were stains around the room. The place did not feel clean at all and I did not rest comfortably here.

Kind staff, easy to book and affordable.

Older building. The doors still use keys.

    Price and location

The room was small leaving very little room for our few items of luggage

    4LancePosted on: 4-28-2024

That it was available at the current moment

there was no AC and we had to turn in the key in order to leave then come back an pick up the room key again. the pillow was hard as a rock and the bathroom tub was turning orange.

The staff of room service is commended for transporting every thing of my belongings packed and unpacked upon switching of room.

I'm very annoyed at the terrible WiFi that the signal is too weak.

    5NataliePosted on: 3-12-2024

I liked the location of the hotel. There's a McDonalds and Family Mart within walking distance. I also liked how nice the staff was. The cleaning staff was tentative and ensured customers were taken care of.

In summary the hotel is just old. The rooms arent up-to-date with current hotels in the surrounding area. Overall though its an okay hotel, again just older. The room had two outlets away from the bed and the AC was terrible. We slept with the window open.

    I like the room temperature

No free breakfast and with parking fee

They wore willing to hold our bags for us before and after we checked in and out.

We couldn't check in tell 3 pm and had to check out at 1030 am, there wore coffee stains on the package of the provided toothbrush and a couple of very long hairs on the shower curtain. Also very few tv channels but honestly I don't speak Japanese so it wasn't a big deal. I didn't really like the pillows on the bed they wore not all that comfortable.

location is good for the price

rooms are really small, but clean and affordable.

    7Camille.rbnPosted on: 10-1-2023

The staff is helpful and will park your car for you. Not too far from the shopping center.

    8StephaniePosted on: 5-26-2023

The location is excellent. It's close to the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, but away from the noise. I was happy that due to the location my partner and I didn't need to make use of busses or taxies as we could walk to all our desired locales.

It's an older building that doesn't have an air conditioning unit. We travelled in late April and the weather was already getting warmer. However, In the room there was a small but powerful fan that could keep us cool overnight.

    7KreztinePosted on: 4-20-2023

I think I like the cleanliness of the room, though it's too small as expected for Japanese hotels.

Parking was limited and cramp, I think this is something needs to be improved of.

    10EnginPosted on: 4-16-2023

Good quality hotel with perfect location. Definitely will stay there again if I visit Sasebo in future.

It's not a problem but the shampoo in the room was not enough so I had to ask more.

    8TomášPosted on: 3-24-2023

A nice hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The room had everything we needed, a standard Japanese hotel I would say.

    10VictoriaPosted on: 1-23-2023

Very cheap, it is in a good location and free parking ! I would highly recommend.

    10BrennanPosted on: 1-18-2023

location was close to restaurants and military base

free parking was great but also very small parking area. still very good deal though.

    4AlexanderPosted on: 12-20-2022

the water is warm and the room is warm.

Paper thin walls, i can hear people having sex next to and above and below me. i can also hear through doors. The staff took another customer at check in before me when i was in line first, i said hey why does he get service before me? i was then told just a moment please. I waited for 10 minutes before getting service. i dont know if it is just because im American or what. The rooms are also very small. my bathroom was dirty there were stains and grime on my shower head.
